We are a non smoking rental, however we certainly want to accommodate you and there is a wonderful outside deck to the south with seating and ashtrays.
Cancellations; all deposits will be refunded in full providing we have 2 weeks advance notice and are able to rent the cancelled week.
Transferring your reservation - if you are unable to come and are sending someone in your place please advise us so we may refund your deposit and collect total from new guests.
Small gatherings are permitted, however any guests or visitors you have are not permitted to stay overnight unless previously arranged with owners.
Families Welcome - please be advised that due to the location of the cottage, parents and care givers will want to be diligent where children and pets are concerned. The cape is 23 feet high and in places is undermined, therefore a 10 ft buffer from the edge is strongly advised.
